    Depending on the availabity of the slots & location; classes and events are conducted. It's best to call 1-2 weeks before you expect to start.
  • How much does it cost?
    Pricing depends on the type of event, the practice, and any special requests. A range of packages to suit different needs are offered - which may start from 2.5k; so feel free to reach out.
  • How long will it take to learn anything?
    Depending upon the practice and your availabilty - Most of the practice can be learnt in 1-4 sessions of 2 hours each.
  • What after I learn practice?
    Post practice support & corrections is provided whenever needed
  • Which practise to choose for my health condition?
